Application Process
The complete application package should include:
a. Completed application form with signature
b. 3-5-page letter of application
c. Letter from the Internal Revenue Service demonstrating the organization’s current 501(c)(3) status
Deadlines
Applications are accepted once a year, on a deadline of November 1. In years when the deadline date falls on a Sunday or holiday, it will be extended automatically to the next business day.
Late applications will not be reviewed.
