Letter of Application

As part of the complete application package, the organization must submit a 3-5-page letter with the following information:

• Specific project or activity for which support is being sought
  Plan of work and timeline detailing how the proposed project will be realized
• Expected audience(s) and outcomes
• Explanation of how the program will advance the understanding and appreciation of Cuban art and culture
• Relevant information about the organization, including but not limited to its mission, leadership, and individual(s) who will oversee the proposed project
• Project budget outlining how funds will be allocated and indicating the approximate percentage of the overall project budget to be covered by the grant request
• Additional sources of funding for the proposed initiative, including monies in hand and other funding requests still pending
