Criteria For Funding

Central to The Farber Foundation is its mission of advancing the recognition of Cuban arts and culture by the widest possible audiences. To this end, grants made by The Farber Foundation will support the work of nonprofit cultural organizations with demonstrable track records of successful public events and exhibitions.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be US-based nonprofit organizations. In the case of projects involving an international partner, the application must be submitted by the US-based organization.
• Applicant organizations must have been in existence for a minimum of three years prior to application.
• Grant requests may not exceed 50 percent of an organization’s annual operating budget.
