Funding

The Farber Foundation makes grants to US-based nonprofit organizations in amounts ranging from US$500 to US$5,000. Awarded amounts are not based on size of grantee organizations.

Beginning in 2011, applications for multi-year funding (2-3 years) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Multi-year grants will be accepted only from organizations that have previously received support from The Farber Foundation.

Collaborative, international projects can also be considered, provided that a US-based nonprofit is an integral managing partner in the initiative.

In 2010, the first year of the foundation’s grantmaking cycle, no multi-year applications will be considered.
